Overview

DevOps & Multi-Cloud Engineering

We build, automate and optimise cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform — enabling reliable deployments, scalable architectures and repeatable infrastructure management with modern DevOps practices.

The problem we solve

Hand-built servers, click-ops consoles and one-off scripts make infrastructure fragile and hard to reproduce. Environments drift apart, releases become risky and cloud bills grow without anyone knowing why.

How we work

We assess your current setup, design a target architecture on AWS, Azure or GCP, then codify it with Terraform and cloud-native tooling — networking, IAM, compute, containers and backups — reviewed and versioned like application code.

What you get

Infrastructure you can recreate from code, consistent environments from development to production, clear ownership of cost and access, and documentation your team can run with.

Capabilities

What's included

Cloud foundations engineered for reliability, security and cost control.

  • Cloud assessment & strategy

A review of your current estate and goals, with a target architecture and a phased, costed roadmap.

  • AWS, Azure & GCP engineering

Landing zones, accounts and projects, compute, storage and managed services designed for your workload.

  • Cloud migration & modernisation

Assessment, migration planning and phased moves from on-premise or between clouds — re-host, re-platform or refactor.

  • Infrastructure as Code

Terraform and cloud-native templates with modules, remote state, code review and automated plans.

  • Docker, Kubernetes & containers

Containerised workloads on EKS, AKS, GKE or self-managed clusters with Helm and autoscaling — plus serverless containers on Azure Container Apps and AWS Fargate, with images in ACR, ECR or Artifact Registry.

  • Networking, IAM & configuration

VPC/VNet design, private connectivity, least-privilege IAM roles and consistent configuration management.

  • Cost optimisation & governance

Right-sizing, reserved capacity and savings plans, tagging policies and budgets that make spend visible.

  • Cloud storage & data protection

Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage and Google Cloud Storage set up with lifecycle policies, encryption, replication and tight access controls.

  • Python & scripting automation

Python, Bash and Ansible automation for provisioning, routine operations and self-healing runbooks — no more manual console work.

  • High availability & disaster recovery

Multi-AZ designs, backup policies and documented recovery plans with RPO/RTO targets you agree up front.

Typical engagements

Where teams usually start

Common ways teams work with us on cloud infrastructure.

  • Cloud foundation setup

A secure multi-account or multi-subscription baseline with networking, IAM and logging defined in Terraform.

  • On-premise to cloud migration

Workload discovery, migration waves and cut-over planning to move applications into AWS, Azure or GCP.

  • Click-ops to Infrastructure as Code

Importing existing resources into Terraform so every change is reviewed, versioned and repeatable.

  • Kubernetes adoption

Containerising services and running them on managed Kubernetes with Helm charts and autoscaling.

  • Cloud cost review

A structured look at usage, idle resources and pricing options, with prioritised recommendations.

  • Backup & DR planning

Backup policies, restore testing and a written recovery runbook matched to your business needs.

FAQ

Questions about DevOps & Multi-Cloud

Which cloud providers do you work with?
We engineer infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, and can design for a single cloud or a multi-cloud setup.
Do you use Infrastructure as Code?
Yes. We default to Terraform, alongside cloud-native tools where they fit, so infrastructure is versioned, reviewed and reproducible.
Can you work with our existing cloud setup?
Yes. Most engagements start from an existing environment: we assess it, import resources into code where useful and improve it incrementally.

Ready to put your infrastructure on solid ground?

Tell us about your current cloud setup and where it hurts. We'll suggest a practical path forward.
