Overview

CI/CD & Platform Engineering

We accelerate software delivery with automated build, test, security and deployment pipelines — helping engineering teams release applications consistently across development, staging and production.

The problem we solve

Manual releases, flaky scripts and environments that behave differently slow teams down and make every deployment stressful. Fixes wait for release windows and rollbacks are guesswork.

How we work

We map your current delivery flow, then design pipelines that build, test, scan and deploy automatically — using the CI platform you already have where possible — with GitOps and progressive delivery for Kubernetes workloads.

What you get

Consistent, repeatable releases across environments, faster feedback on every change, safer rollouts with clear rollback paths, and templates new services can reuse.

Live preview

Every change, shipped safely.

Pipelines that build, test, scan and deploy — with canary rollouts and GitOps keeping clusters in sync. This is an interactive sample with demo data.

What's included

Delivery pipelines and platform tooling your engineers will actually use.

  • CI/CD pipeline design

Build, test, scan and deploy stages designed around your branching model and environments.

  • GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD & Jenkins

Implementation on the CI/CD platform your team uses — or help choosing one — with reusable workflows and shared runners.

  • Azure DevOps: Repos, Pipelines & Releases

Azure Repos with branch policies, YAML build pipelines and release pipelines with environments, approvals and gates.

  • Code quality & security gates

SonarQube quality gates and Veracode or Snyk scans in every pipeline, so issues block a merge instead of reaching production.

  • Automated testing & release workflows

Unit, integration and smoke tests wired into pipelines, with versioning and release notes.

  • GitOps with Argo CD or Flux

Declarative deployments where Git is the source of truth and clusters reconcile automatically.

  • Kubernetes deployment automation

Helm charts, image promotion and environment overlays for repeatable cluster deployments.

  • Environment provisioning & config

On-demand environments and configuration management so dev, staging and production stay aligned.

  • Rolling, blue-green & canary releases

Deployment strategies that limit blast radius and make rollbacks quick and predictable.

  • Internal developer tooling

Reusable pipeline templates, starter kits and golden paths that standardise how services ship.

Typical engagements

Where teams usually start

Common ways teams work with us on software delivery.

  • Pipeline from scratch

Taking a project from manual deployments to an automated build-test-deploy pipeline.

  • Pipeline consolidation

Replacing scattered scripts with shared, versioned pipeline templates across repositories.

  • Jenkins to modern CI

Planning and executing a move from legacy Jenkins jobs to GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure Pipelines.

  • GitOps rollout

Introducing Argo CD or Flux so Kubernetes deployments are declarative and auditable.

  • Progressive delivery

Adding canary or blue-green releases with health checks and automated rollback.

  • Golden-path templates

Service templates that give every new project CI/CD, tests and deployment on day one.

FAQ

Questions about CI/CD & Platform

Which CI/CD tools do you support?
We implement pipelines on GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins and Azure Pipelines, and use Argo CD or Flux for GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments.
Do you work with Azure DevOps?
Yes. We set up Azure Repos with branch policies and pull-request checks, Azure Pipelines for builds, and release pipelines with environments, approvals and deployment gates.
Do we need Kubernetes for CI/CD?
No. Pipelines can deploy to virtual machines, serverless platforms or containers. Kubernetes and GitOps are options when they fit your workload.
Can you improve our existing pipelines instead of replacing them?
Yes. We often start by stabilising and speeding up what you have, then introduce templates, security checks and safer release strategies.
